Joseph Dominguez is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Constellation, which employs 13,000 workers, produces more than 32,400 megawatts of power and serves more than 20 million homes and businesses with clean energy.
Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Growth Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Growth Officer for the new Constellation, Barrón leads the company’s efforts in the areas of corporate strategy, corporate development, public policy, sustainability, communications, corporate relations and philanthropy.
Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Policy Officer
Dardis is a veteran energy industry lawyer with more than two decades of experience representing utilities, electric generation companies, and power and gas marketers, and serving in the federal government. He manages all legal affairs, corporate governance and corporate compliance for Constellation.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Daniel L. Eggers is the executive vice president and chief financial officer for Constellation. In this role, he is responsible for leading the execution of all financial activities for the Constellation business.
Executive Vice President and Chief Generation Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Generation Officer, Hanson is responsible for the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the new Constellation’s power generation fleet, which includes nearly 100 generating units in 19 states and Canada.
Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer for the new Constellation, Koehler leads the company’s efforts in the areas of information technology, strategic technology platforms, cybersecurity, supply, real estate and facilities, transportation, and physical security.
Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for the new Constellation, Susie is responsible for the company’s human resource operations, compensation, benefits, employee relations, diversity, equity & inclusion, talent management, human resources solutions, recruiting, and organizational effectiveness.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, McHugh is responsible for the wholesale and retail business units, customer operations, commercialization, and innovation.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Chief Communications Officer
