Wholesale Energy
We manage the ups and downs of the energy market by making the most of our assets and products in competitive markets.
We keep the system, process, and procedures for generating entities running smoothly, while safeguarding the investment balance sheet, stabilizing earnings, and creating market value for Constellation.
We handle the whole position of generation assets, load sales, and extra hedge until delivery.
We chase high profit structured deals, support portfolio with less common hedge tools.
We create commodity market strategy, support new product development, provide all the analytics, and join in wholesale load auctions.
Retail
We are the face of energy for our customers, whether they are big or small, and we offer a range of energy services and products, from electricity and gas to custom solutions that work behind the scenes.
We take care of our generators, keep the balance sheet healthy, secure our earnings, and boost our market value as Constellation.
We sell our power through retail channels (retail, mass markets).

Constellation Home
Provides air conditioning, heating, water heater and electrical services to homeowners in select areas of the U.S.
Fix urgent and non-urgent problems and offer expert advice to residential customers.
Help customers find the best HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home improvement, and home performance solutions for their homes.
Handle accounting, finance, customer billing and collections for the business. This team also sources, stores, and ships the materials needed for operations.

"As an employee who's new to both Constellation and the energy industry, I had a lot to catch up on during my first year with the company. But fortunately, I'm on a great team with coworkers who are both experienced and encourage me and my cohort to ask questions and learn and grow our skills so that we can perform in our role as associate analysts. In the origination group, I get to work with and make connections all across the company, like making dashboards with the risk team or presentations with commercial transactions. So while my career is still beginning, I've been given so many opportunities to explore different functions, not only through the work that I do but also educational programs like Lunch and Learns and Employee Resource Groups, like the Constellation Women's Network."
