BALTIMORE (April 9, 2024) — Constellation’s Finance organization announced today its inaugural DEI Honor Roll, which recognizes key business partners for their efforts to establish and advance DEI policies and initiatives, as well as the inclusion of diverse employees in key roles on account teams working with Constellation.
“We are honored to recognize business partners that share our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion as a business imperative and a core value,” said Dan Eggers, executive vice president and CFO, Constellation. “Study after study has shown that building diverse and inclusive teams leads to stronger business outcomes. By working with our finance partners to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace, we are delivering business results, driving economic opportunities and creating a better future for all.”
Firms were evaluated on a range of criteria, including board demographics, corporate DEI structure, policies and goals related to DEI strategy and creating an equitable workplace. The recognition also assessed the extent to which diverse talent directly supported teams within Constellation’s Finance organization.
The Constellation Finance DEI Honor Roll consists of the following categories and firms:
